To deliver this exceptional experience every day, we are looking for a Senior Front Office Associate who brings professionalism, composure, and outstanding hospitality.

What Will You Do?

As a Senior Front Office Associate, you are the face of Celest. You ensure a warm and professional welcome for our guests, maintain high service standards, and support your colleagues with your knowledge and experience. While this is not a managerial position, you will serve as an important role model within the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and assisting guests in a professional and hospitable manner;

• Handling reservations and guest requests through the reservation system;

• ssuing and validating admission tickets;

• Answering guest inquiries both by phone and in person;

• Processing payments and administrative tasks through the POS system;

• Independently resolving guest concerns, complaints, and special requests;

• Maintaining service excellence and quality standards within the Front Office;

• Ensuring a professional and well-presented reception and retail area.

Who Are You?

You are an experienced hospitality professional who thrives on creating exceptional guest experiences. You are independent, service-oriented, and able to maintain a clear overview, even during busy periods.

In addition, you have:

• MBO-level working and thinking ability (or equivalent);

• Preferably a qualification in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field;

• A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience within the hospitality industry;

• Previous experience in a hotel environment is a strong advantage;

• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English;

• A professional and presentable appearance;

• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset;

• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
